From domain to website

First of all, welcome! Remember that you can always turn to the Domenca team if you have any questions. We are available every day from 8 AM to 8 PM at info@domenca.com and at 04 58 35 444 (every workday).

1. First, choose a domain: the domain is the address of your website, e.g. domenca.com. With us you can choose from more than 2,000 domain extensions. Our customers still most often choose a .SI domain (e.g. domenca.si). You register a domain for a period of 1 to 10 years. Check available domains >
2. Then choose a web hosting package: web hosting is space on a server where your website and mailboxes are located. We offer a wide range of hosting packages, and for beginners we recommend MAX hosting. It is very affordable yet still powerful hosting, specially optimised for WordPress websites.
3. Need larger mailboxes? In that case, in addition to a hosting package you can also order an E-mail hostingpackage, which is very affordable and lets you create mailboxes of up to 100 GB!
4. Build your website. We offer Domenca websites with an extremely simple editor that lets you build your site completely on your own. Or you can choose WordPress, which you install with Softaculous (part of your hosting package).
5. Win your first customers! Our tool Dostavljalec.sican help you here, letting you send your first newsletters quickly.

And remember: if you run into problems or have questions, you can always contact our team!

Of course! We offer hosting intended only for mailboxes, where you can create mailboxes of up to 100 GB.

With E-mail hosting you can easily set up an e-mail address on your own domain and access your messages from all devices. Advanced anti-spam protection will intercept unsolicited (SPAM) mail, while anti-virus and phishing protection will guard you against online attacks and fraud. With us, security comes first!

In addition, our servers are optimised for e-mail and monitored 24/7. Our e-mail hosting supports IMAP(S) / POP3(S) / SMTP, attachments of up to 25 MB and up to 6,000 sent messages per day.

You can order e-mail hosting in combination with other hosting packages (e.g. Unlimited hosting for less demanding websites or Hyper hosting for the busiest online stores) and keep all your web services in one place!

You can also build your website yourself. For all beginners who need a presentation website, we recommend Domenca websites. They are suitable even if you have no programming knowledge: in the first step you choose a design template, and in the next you are already entering your content! Content is added with a simple drag & drop editor, and you publish the site on your domain with a single click.

For anyone who needs a more complex website or online store, we recommend easy installation of a website framework with Softaculous, which you will find in our Unlimited and Hyper hosting packages. It lets you install more than 380 applications, including WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, OpenCart and Prestashop, so all of the most popular CMSs.

Our team can install WordPress and the most important plugins on your hosting package. If you need an agency for the entire website project, we can forward your enquiry to the most reliable providers that we work with ourselves.

As a web professional, you probably already know that choosing a reliable hosting provider is key to the success of your business. Over more than 26 years Domenca has gained a great deal of experience, and our customers have taught us what they expect from a good business partner. With us you can count on:

• Lower prices for customers with more services. The rule is: the more domains you have, the lower the price. For customers who have 10 or more domains with us, we offer lower prices for domains with the most common extensions.
• Web agencies usually choose Business (reseller) hosting: it gives you complete flexibility, because (unlike other providers) our Reseller hosting lets you choose any number of cPanel accounts and any amount of space. So you never pay for more space and cPanel accounts than you need. For more demanding online stores you can of course also choose powerful Hyper hosting or a VPS server. Our offer includes hosting packages for beginners, extremely powerful VPS servers and many types of hosting in between.
• We take care of security! Domenca active protection automatically fixes vulnerabilities in many applications and alerts you when suspicious files or activity are found. The firewall prevents intrusions and attacks.
• Practical solutions that will save you time. Our personalised illustrated e-mail client Assistant lets your customers easily set up their e-mail address on their favourite device and saves you the precious time you would otherwise spend guiding customers through the settings.
• A team that will help you write a successful business story. The Domenca team consists of 25 people specialised in different web tasks. If you ever run into a problem you cannot solve yourself, you can always turn to us. Every day, by phone, e-mail, Facebook or chat, from 8 AM to 8 PM.
• Lots of free services! We start with the free transfer of your websites to your new hosting package at Domenca. We also recommend free WHOIS protection and free DNS hosting.

Of course! We recommend a free speed analysis of your website. In the first step we will check how your online store performs and find the causes of the slowness. The analysis will show whether it makes sense to start with our Website speed-up service.

Next comes choosing a more powerful hosting package that meets the needs of your online store. Remember that the site must also work normally under heavier traffic (e.g. during Black Friday sales). For all busier or more demanding online stores we recommend Hyper hosting. Hyper hosting is optimised for WordPress + WooCommerce, Magento and other systems and makes your website up to 6x faster. This is thanks to fast NVMe SSD disks, advanced LiteSpeed servers and the latest powerful AMD Epyc processor cores. If you want full control over the server, we will also present the VPS hosting option.
