We also make regular backups in a separate data centre. All you need to worry about is your web application.

Answers to your questions

Our system continuously monitors key server components and system resource usage (CPU, memory and disk space) to prevent server outages. When something deviates, we analyse the file system and the number of processes, detecting and resolving issues with stuck processes and their causes. We monitor the software firewall and adjust its rules for greater security when needed.

In addition, we carry out preventive measures such as cleaning up unnecessary files, detecting malicious activity and optimising resource usage to avoid unwanted server load. This prevents critical errors and keeps your server running stably and securely.

A Cloud VPS runs within a cluster of physical servers, and each virtual server has its own guaranteed resources, such as CPU, memory and disk space. The user has full control, root access and a choice of operating system and software.

Domenca Cloud is an unmanaged cloud infrastructure, i.e. an IaaS service. It lets you quickly create and manage virtual servers, adjust resources on the fly and pay for actual usage.

Managed VPS hosting is a managed service that already includes a certain level of system administration, with which we keep everything running smoothly.

System support packages can be added to any service that is otherwise unmanaged, e.g. Cloud VPS packages or Domenca Cloud, and we can also take over the management of servers with another provider or servers located at your premises or in your data centre.
